About Jeff…
My wife, Lisa Marie, and I are proud to reside in Elma with our daughters. I am a lifelong resident of this community, and my roots run deep—seven generations of my family have called Elma home. I graduated with honors from Daemen University, earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. I continued my education at Canisius College, where I also graduated with honors, obtaining a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Throughout my entire working career, I have been self-employed. In 1996, I founded Great Lakes Real Estate Services, which I continue to own and operate. Lisa Marie and I also own and manage a portfolio of investment properties across Western New York, with the vast majority located right here in Elma.
Our family is actively involved in the local faith community as members of Crossroads Christian Church, where I participate in several ministries that serve both the church and the greater community. I have dedicated time to coaching EMW sports and have also coached and officiated for the EMW Boys and Girls Club. My involvement in local athletics extends to leadership roles as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Quaker Aurora Tennis Club and Vice President of the Elma Town Tennis Association. I’ve also served as captain of numerous USTA tennis teams and worked as a teaching tennis professional, organizing free tennis clinics to encourage youth participation in sports.
Civic engagement has long been a priority for me. I have served as a Citizens Advocate on several Town of Elma committees, including the Multi-Family Zoning Committee, where we successfully halted a proposed large-scale housing development that would have dramatically altered the character of the former Camp Centerland site and the surrounding Town Plaza area. I was also part of the Town Signage Committee, where we revised Elma’s sign codes to preserve our town’s unique charm and prevent the spread of digital signage. Most recently, I served on the Town Master Plan Committee, which established Elma’s strategic vision for the next ten years.
All of these roles were volunteer positions, demonstrating my deep commitment to our community and my ability to work collaboratively and effectively. My goal is to bring fiscal responsibility and properly managed growth to the Town of Elma, ensuring that it remains a place we’re all proud to call home.
